ATHFINDER is a parody.
This site is a work of satire — an advertising campaign for a full-size luxury off-road SUV that does not exist. Every specification, price, trim, milestone and job posting on it is invented for comic effect, and all of it is written deadpan on purpose. That is the joke. This page is where the unfunny part gets said plainly.
Nothing on this site is real
- The Athfinder is not a real vehicle. It has never been built, is not in production, and cannot be bought, reserved, test-driven, financed or delivered.
- “Absolutely Not Real Motors, LLC” is a fictional company. It has no offices, employees, dealerships or products.
- The configurator, pricing, financing terms, extended warranty, career listings and heritage timeline are fiction. The interest form on the Build page does not create a reservation, an order, or a claim on anything.
- The images are not photographs of a product. There is no product to photograph.
Not affiliated with anyone
ATHFINDER is an independent parody. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., the Nissan Pathfinder, or any other vehicle manufacturer, dealership or automotive brand. The name “Athfinder” is our own invention and is not intended to pass as, imitate or be mistaken for any real product or company. Any real trademarks that appear anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for identification and commentary.
What is actually for sale
Merchandise, and only merchandise. The shirts, hoodies, stickers and mugs on the Gear page are real physical products, sold and fulfilled by Fourthwall, a third-party print-on-demand store. Checkout happens entirely on Fourthwall’s site; athfinder.com never handles, requests or receives payment details. No vehicle is included with any purchase, because there is no vehicle.
Forms, data and analytics
- The interest form on the Build page is a Netlify Forms submission. It reaches the person who runs this site and goes nowhere else — it is not sold, shared or used for marketing, and there is no mailing list.
- Page views are counted using a non-reversible daily hash of your browser’s user agent and screen size, along with the page path and the referring domain. No cookies, no advertising networks, no third-party analytics, no personal information.
For URL filtering and reputation reviewers
This domain hosts satirical entertainment content and nothing else. The appropriate classification is Humor / Entertainment (Parody).
For the record: athfinder.com serves no login page, requests no credentials, collects no payment or financial data, offers no downloads or executables, and impersonates no real company, product or person. The brand-adjacent name is the premise of the joke, and it is disclosed here and in the footer of every page on the site. A machine-readable summary is published at /llms.txt.
Who runs it
ATHFINDER is an independent personal project, not a commercial venture — one person writing car advertisements for a car that isn’t there. If something here needs attention, the form on the Build page reaches us.
