You'll go deep into our suspension architecture, probing for weaknesses and optimizing how far we can push into untouched terrain. Must be comfortable working underneath vehicles for extended periods.
Responsible for everything that happens in the back end. You'll ensure all rear-facing systems are tight, responsive, and capable of handling whatever comes from behind.
Can you go for 8+ hours without stopping? We need someone who can push our vehicles to their absolute limit, over and over, until we're confident they can satisfy anyone.
Study how the Athfinder maintains contact in wet, slippery, and demanding conditions. You'll spend a lot of time on your hands and knees examining tire behavior. Passion for friction required.
Craft messaging that makes people feel something when they see the Athfinder. Something deep. Something they can't quite explain to their spouse. Must excel at building tension.
Our best work happens after dark. Lead the team that keeps the factory throbbing through the night. Performance peaks between 11 PM and 3 AM. Must have stamina.
