Senior Penetration Engineer
Suspension & Dynamics
You'll go deep into our suspension architecture—gently at first, then with conviction—probing for weaknesses and optimizing how far we can push into untouched terrain. Must be comfortable working underneath vehicles for extended periods. Travel: up to 100%, almost entirely into things.
Rear Integration Specialist

Responsible for everything that happens in the back end. You'll ensure all rear-facing systems are tight, responsive, and capable of handling whatever comes from behind. This role reports to the front office but rarely faces it.
Endurance Testing Lead

Can you go for 8+ hours without stopping? We need someone who can push our vehicles to their absolute limit, over and over, until we're confident they can satisfy anyone, in any conditions. Breaks are permitted. Breaks are also noted.
Grip Performance Analyst
Traction Systems
Study how the Athfinder maintains contact in wet, slippery, and demanding conditions. You'll spend a lot of time on your hands and knees examining tire behavior. Passion for friction required. Kneepads provided; most analysts decline them.
Brand Experience Director
Marketing
Craft messaging that makes people feel something when they see the Athfinder. Something deep. Something they can't quite explain to their spouse. Must excel at building tension and know exactly when to release it.
Night Shift Supervisor
Manufacturing
Our best work happens after dark. Lead the team that keeps the factory throbbing through the night. Performance peaks between 11 PM and 3 AM. Lights stay low. That is a management decision. Must have stamina.
